Jacked Up Blueberry Chia

Blueberries is said to be the “king of super fruits” with more anti-oxidants than any other common fruits or vegetable on Earth!
Bananas are high in vitamins and minerals and a great source of instant energy.

NOTE: To serve more people just increase as needed!

Ingredients:

500 ml water
1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 banana (peeled)
1 heaping tablespoon of Restore Micro Sliced Chia Seeds.

Instructions

1) Add all ingredients into blender.

2) Blend until smooth

3) Allow to sit for 2 – 3 minutes

4) Enjoy!
