1x Banana
Handful of Almonds
1x Heaping Tablespoon of RESTORE Chia
1x Tablespoon Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup
1x Tablespoon of Honey
1/2 Glass of Soy Milk
1/2 Glass x Glass of Water
1/2 Cup of Ice
